"I was referred to State Farm and specifically Darien Flynn by a friend of mine. He reached out and was able to put together a Home & Auto bundle quote for me. Fortunately, the auto quote was less than what my wife and I were currently paying, but unfortunately, the home quote was not. The home quote was more, but because of increased coverage compared to what we had. With the auto and home bundle price, we were still in a net savings from what we currently had, so we committed to Darien and State Farm. When he went to start the home insurance process, the rate jumped quite significantly, causing us to pause because the savings was then gone, and we would have actually been paying more compared to what we currently had. He took some time and figured something out and was able to get the quote back down to the original number which was great. Darien was extremely responsive through email and phone calls and did everything necessary to get our business. We appreciate quality customer service and Darien checked that box for us.
